Ordering a clock
Choose your team, a size and how many on the homepage, then pay securely with Square. Every clock is handmade to order by Jeannie. Each resin pour is unique, so your clock will have its own pattern and won’t exactly match the photos of previous creations.
Postage & local pickup
Clocks are sent with Australia Post anywhere in Australia. Choose Parcel Post or Express Post in your basket: the price is Australia Post’s current rate for the packed weight and box size of your order, shown before you pay. You’ll enter your address on Square’s checkout page.
Or choose free local pickup in Canberra. Jeannie will contact you with the details from your order to arrange a time once your clock is ready.
Because each clock is made for you, Jeannie will let you know when yours is ready to send or collect.
Payments & receipts
Payment takes place on Square’s secure checkout page. Your card details go directly to Square; this website never sees or stores them. Square emails your receipt, and that receipt is your confirmation. Returning to this website after checkout is not, on its own, proof of payment.
Questions, changes & returns
Contact Jeannie with any question about your order, including changes, delivery or a problem with your clock. Please include the details from your Square receipt so she can help. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your basket & privacy
Your basket saves the team, size and quantity of each clock in this browser so it stays with you between visits. It contains no name, email, address or payment details. Empty the basket or clear this website’s browser data to remove it.
When you choose to pay, the website’s secure server sends your basket and delivery choice to Square to create a checkout page. At checkout, Square and Jeannie receive the details needed to process and deliver your order. Square has its own privacy policy.
This website uses no advertising cookies. It counts visits anonymously, without cookies, so Jeannie can see which pages people find useful. Nothing it counts identifies you. Google Fonts provides the fonts, and the website host processes the connection information needed to serve the site. The chat button opens a chat window run by SayGday. It only gives answers Jeannie has approved, and what you type there is handled by SayGday to show you those answers.
